Summer of the Saisons- this week we will enjoy several of the world’s most popular Saison-type beers or “farmhouse ales”. This is another lower-alcohol, slightly more effervescent pale-ale style beers rich with flavor and refreshment. Reminiscent of the beers Intended to be drunk during hot summer month in the Belgian fields.
All week, we’ll feature the Silly Saison in a bottle, from Brouerij West Dog Ate My Homework blackberry saison, and from North Coast Brewing, La Merle.
